Februar 2025 – SAP Fioneer, der Softwarespezialist für die Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie, hat den Zuschlag der Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB) erhalten, eine zukunftsweisende Plattform für die ILB als erste Förderbank zu entwickeln. Vor dem Hintergrund wachsender Herausforderungen – wie der Notwendigkeit zur Digitalisierung, der Einhaltung strenger regulatorischer Vorgaben und der Anpassung an neue Förderrichtlinien – schafft der “Digital Workplace for Development Banks” (DWD) eine effiziente, flexible und sichere Infrastruktur, die den gesamten Förderprozess digital abbildet und optimiert.
Der “Digital Workplace for Development Banks” (DWD) zielt speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von Förderbanken ab: von der Antragsanbahnung über die Bewilligung bis hin zur Auszahlung und dem Monitoring unterstützt der DWD Förderbanken dabei, ihre Prozesse effizienter, transparenter und nutzerfreundlicher zu gestalten. In einer 360-Grad-Sicht auf Förderprojekte werden alle relevanten Informationen in Echtzeit bereitgestellt, um nicht nur Entscheidungsfindung und Risikobewertung, sondern auch die Zusammenarbeit zwischen allen Beteiligten zu fördern. Durch die Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben und die Bereitstellung von Werkzeugen für das Prozessmanagement trägt der DWD dazu bei, Bearbeitungszeiten zu verkürzen und die Qualität der Förderprojektbearbeitung zu optimieren.
Der DWD integriert sich als SAP Fioneer Business Solution nahtlos in die bestehende IT-Architektur und nutzt die Möglichkeiten von RISE with SAP und der SAP S/4HANA Plattform in Verbindung mit der SAP Business Technology Plattform (BTP), um eine flexible, skalierbare und sichere Umgebung für die Verarbeitung von Fördergeschäften zu bieten. Hierdurch können künftig neue Förderrichtlinien und -produkte schneller umgesetzt und am Markt platziert werden.

Der DWD wird als gemeinsame Innovation von SAP Fioneer und der ILB für den Förderbankenmarkt entwickelt. Die Inbetriebnahme ist stufenweise bis 2028 geplant.

The “Digital Workplace for Development Banks” (DWD) is specifically tailored to the needs of development banks: from application initiation to approval, disbursement, and monitoring, the DWD helps development banks make their processes more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly.
